Champagne Party at Planting Fields Arboretum

Toast to Summer! Sip champagne, stroll the gardens, delight in delicacies & dance the night away at the former estate of insurance magnate William Robertson Coe & his wife, Standard Oil heiress Mai Rogers Coe.

Planting Fields is one of the last fully intact Gold Coast Estates, it retains its original 400+ acres. It includes the 67-room Tudor Revival mansion Coe Hall, grounds designed by the Olmsted Brothers, greenhouses, woodland paths & a vast plant collection. It is home to the largest collection of Camellia’s in the Northeast.

Dance under the stars all night to the energetic and fun Motown music provided by the sounds of the 'City Sounds Spectacular.' Enjoy the fun masquerade garden soiree with plentiful hors d'oeuvres, desserts and more. Party starts at 7:00 pm and tickets to the soiree are $75 for members & military; $100 for non-members. For tickets and more information contact Jennifer Lavella at 516-922-8600 or email jlavella@plantingfields.org.

Prefer, a less formal affair? Bring your lawn chair, blanket and outdoor picnic on Saturday, August 11th at 6pm for their Free Concert in the Park with The Hambones band.
